Zero stars - Unprofessional, dismissive, and fought for nothing**…read more I retained Farah & Farah and was assigned to Erika Brenneman. From the start, communication was a nightmare. She texted me at 5 in the morning, which is completely unprofessional. Deadlines were missed with no explanation and no apology. What bothered me most was that she had absolutely no fight in her when it came to my case. I never saw a doctor the entire time I was her client. She even told me herself that she would not recommend settling without me seeing one first. Then on the day of mediation, she turned around and pressured me to just go ahead and settle anyway. That is a direct contradiction of what she told me, and I will never forget it. The staff wasn't any better. I had an interaction with Christy who was rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. When I called Erika out on it, she admitted it and said she had been told that before. That says everything. I was treated like I was less than. I strongly believe the way I was handled was rooted in bias. I was not treated with care, dignity or respect at any point in this process. On top of all of that, they held my funds and released my money late. I am filing a complaint with the Florida Bar. This firm failed me completely, and I would not recommend them to anyone.

The offer was excepted and the check was mailed on the 7th of January and they still haven't given me my money. Norma keeps telling me she is call State Farm and nobody is answering the phone which I know is a lie because I have delt with them before and if the person is busy some one else always handled my call. This company has done nothing but lied to me and I'm paying them over 9000 dollars and they can't take the time to cut my check. It's been 2 weeks since the check was over night to them. They will probably make me wait longer because I'm writing this but I want people to know. They take on too many cases and don't have time to do them all so they make you wait beware their commercial sound good. And yes I have emailed Mr Farah about this situation back in Sept.

I…read morehired Cambre & Associates because a friend of mine said they helped him in the past but after a few months I realized they were not the right law firm for me. If you're like me and like to have your attorney (or their team) reach out biweekly about treatment, the next step in your case, updates, or just to check in do not go with this law firm. They are too busy being busy or they have a high turnover in their back office team to send clients an email consecutively every 2 weeks (or call/text). I had like 3 case managers in 2 months and only 1 knew what was going on in my case. I want my legal team to advocate for me like I'm their friend and my friend would have at least used the free mailchimp service to send me an email so that I stay up-to-date with my case, treatments, and whatever else randomly that may come up. This is why I appreciate smaller law firms. They have time and care about every client. I gave 2-stars for professionalism.
