My wife and I were very disappointed with the Process and results of our recent bathroom remodel…read more Jonathan was a nice enough guy, but was not attentive to the details, that can make all the difference. We did get to meet his two young sons that had to accompany him to this job sight for the entire week. I know they must have been bored here. He tended to be somewhat messy, but did try to clean up hurriedly daily. I don't know how it happened, but gray wall paint was spilled on my adjacent bedroom floor where some of his preparations for the job were done. My wife had to dig the paint off of the LVP flooring, with her fingernails, when we found it. During the process of trying to cut out some subflooring from the basement ceiling, his multi tool saw, nicked our copper water line to the shower. We had to have a plumber come in to locate and correct the pipe leak, which did cost us another $265, plus had to cut out drywall in our mudroom to get access to the pipe. Needless to say, additional drywall repair cost and there was no offer from him to reimburse us for this cost. I wish I knew how to add photos of the quality. I have been left to finish the details, and my wife and I had to touch up the paint job on our walls and paint the trim work. The mirror that he installed for us was not centered with the light fixture and the sink faucet. This maybe minor, but it is noticeable. I will be glad to provide photos. PLEASE, get recommendations and do you research before contracting anyone.

Listen to me-DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Absolutely terrible work! Just look at the pictures. They…read moretrashed the yard and never picked it up after I asked them to for a couple months. They repeatedly grouted over clearly broken tiles. They left an hvac vent out and instead of asking questions they just drywalled around it and then blamed me for it. They (terribly) tiled the bathrooms without putting in the fixtures and drains first, then blamed me when we had to cut out tiles to insert said fixtures like I was supposed to know the order of tiling a shower. They should have asked questions before tiling to make sure it was ready to go. They ruined all of my tiles by not grouting properly and scratched them to death to try and remove it, which they didn't remove it. Grout was everywhere and i spent many days trying to get it all off. I'm still working on it. In one picture with the grey tile it is literally caked on. I asked him at least 5+ times over nearly 2 months to fix these things but they didn't get fixed. I had a light yellow house with siding and had that painted dark grey. They only used one coat so you could see the yellow coming through. I had to go back and repaint the whole house myself. In the first picture you can see all of the paint and caulk they left all over the new paint job. Pathetic. I had to sand that and repaint it myself. I've spent all my days off trying to fix what he ruined. He told me that he fired the guy that did my tile work because he did such a bad job, but never offered to give me a refund. In fact he now says I owe him $18k somehow, but I was paying him in advance so I don't know where that number is coming from. Actually he took my money and I'm taking him to court. I asked him to fix three small drywall spots that had to be cut out because they didn't put in the shower fixtures before drywall or tile, and he blamed that on me, got so upset about it and brought it up repeatedly, and said he was charging me $1800 for the drywall. We are talking very small areas, like 1'x1'. $1800. He has not taken any responsibility for this terrible work. He quit on the job and left me stranded with so many mistakes to fix. He will probably respond to this review by saying- I WAS GOING TO FIX THAT FOR YOU! Which is all he keeps saying. Well he said he would fix these things two months ago and I've begged and begged and begged and nothing gets done. So I got mad and he bailed and took $7000 of my money. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!
