Since 1988, Long's Monument has served not only my family, but also four other branches of my family tree by providing monument, marker, vase services, and coordinating repairs for weather and mower damage. Their archive system facilitates easy retrieval for older grave inquiries, allowing searches by name, date, and location identifiers (lot number/grave/section). Long's Monument maintains a tracking system that provides status updates for contracts, e.g., from design and proofing to engraving, delivery and installation. Recently, I requested a quote for estate planning that included birth/death dates, a photo plaque, and installation. You cannot go wrong! Long's Monument is a model of customer services and product excellence. Gloria Miller read more

A business relationship with Long's Monument Company has come full circle. Long's had done business with our company in the past so when it came time for our family needs, we looked no further than Long's Monument Company on Graham Street at a time we required them. They exceeded our expectations. Jonah was extremely helpful in accommodating our special requests and produced a beautiful headstone. We highly recommend Long's Monument Company. read more

Long's Monument - Charlotte, North Carolina

The monument that we ordered for my great uncle is just what we wanted and he deserved. Long's received the monument in record time and then we had to find exactly where his body was interred. That took longer than expected because he died in 2005...but they stayed with us and the installation is perfect. Thank you for your professionalism in making his marker one that celebrates the life he lived. read more
