So, I'm very into trying new products, but never ventured into the world of botox/fillers...although I've been curious, especially since turning 44!! I started with the aquagold facial. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to dabble, but isn't ready for injections. Taylor was fantastic in that she completely managed my expectations. She let me know that I would love the results, but likely it wouldn't be enough. Omg, was she spot on! I glowed, but it didn't really fill in anything. Fast forward to quarantine when we were all stuck at home looking drab (haha!). I did a virtual appointment with Dr. Nisha, who is literally the coolest doctor I have ever met...you'll want to be friends with her! Dr. Nisha knew exactly what I wanted, and so I trusted her with Volbella for above my lip and my actual lip. The results are so natural that not even my husband knows I had anything done. I have had tons of compliments, but no one actually knows! Finally, on my last visit, I bought the August promotion. They are great for monthly promotions! I had 2 facials for $200. So, I just got microdermabrasion for the first time and love it. Again, this was with the awesome Taylor and my skin is so clean! I have literally found my spot. I am very conservative and love that they don't push me. They all seem to get that I just want to be a better version of myself, not someone different!

The reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of my results and the price I paid. I had laser hair removal done here for 2 small-ish regions on my body. First of all, the first lady I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions, I think the machine was on low because it was not painful at all. Fast forward to my 4th session with Taylor, and it hurt like a b!***! (which is normal and expected). It was just a huge jump. Then I found out the lady who I had for my first 2 or 3 sessions was no longer with the company. This might have had something to do with my results (maybe she wasn't doing it right? It didn't hurt at all). My results are not that great. I still grow a lot of hair in the regions I got lasered even after 6 sessions. I know it's never a guarantee, but they promised around 70-80% removal and I wanna say it's at like 40-50%. I currently go to a new place that I left 2 reviews for already, and I already see a difference after 2 sessions, more than what I saw when I was at AH Laser. It's not really worth it here for the price when it comes to laser hair removal. I don't know what lasers they use, but that might have something to do with it, as well. Patients often wait long periods of time for doctors running behind schedule. This doctor, physician assistant and receptionist were rude not even willing to talk for 30 seconds to myself. I asked if the doctor could submit the preauthorization that day (since I am running out of medication) and he said, "well the doctor is very busy". The preauthorization STILL HAS NOT BEEN COMPLETED. Good thing it's birth control and not any life-saving medicine. Do yourself a favor and find a different doctor.

Hydration and to feel well! As a nurse practitioner Klaudia is attentive, extremely knowledgeable about the body and health, and passionate about solving issues at the source (instead of medicating them to mask symptoms - she wants to solve the problem). The facility is inviting, clean and relaxing. Treatment rooms are comfortable and have TV to pass the time during a drip. The schedule is flexible and offers day and evening options. I like the option for Botox, micro needling and fillers. I love that she offers an NAD+ drip program for improved cognition and is building her services portfolio to match her interests and those who seek wellness partners (like us!). Also the tiny attention to detail like offering a blanket while your drip does its thing, or a sparkling water, it's a nice touch! We've made a bi weekly visit part of our routine and hope to maintain. There's street parking and "lot" parking behind the building. Very easy. The office is inside the "State Farm" building in mount prospect, at Central and Rand Cheers.
