As you walk in, you are in the ground floor wine bar-restaurant. The walls are covered with wine bottles and there are tables to sit at as well as a beautiful bar. But if you are more hungry than thirsty, then take a walk up the gorgeous blue granite stairs to the upstairs restaurant. Shortly after we sat down, the owner and chef, Nicola Russo, joined us at our table. He asked if we had any dietary restrictions and what our wine preferences were. There were no menus! He selects the freshest seasonal ingredients available and then puts together surprises! We were not disappointed! Everything was to die for scrumptious! The presentation of each plate was a work of art - for your eyes and for your stomach! Nicola is a professional sommelier and chef, so I can guarantee you won't be disappointed here! However this little restaurant will make you feel at home (literally). Excellent homemade pastas and an intimate dining space. The waiter understoof enough of our English/Italian blend to make ordering a breeze. English menus are available by request too. The veal is very delicious and the pastas were great. We had one of the better wines we've had in Foggia for a great price. The waiter was awesome about bringing several bottles to the table and explaining the grapes. I tried a bottle with grapes grown near my grandpas old village that was quite good. The desserts were delicious too. Fresh fruits and delectable cannoli. Get the apricots!
