I was treated very badly and unfairly by the surgery's receptionist and as a result of that I never…read moreeven got my dental treatment. When I had to cancel my appointment because I had a bad flu and was unable to make it to the surgery I wasn't told that it was being considered as "failure to attend" because it was cancelled less than 24h before the appointment. Neither was I told that if it happened again I would be taken off the patients list. Unfortunately and regrettably it happened again and it was a genuine failure to attend. When I realised what had happened and phoned the surgery I was coldly delivered the news by Veronica the receptionist who didn't even let me explain the situation. I was never treated like than before and feel very hurt and offended!

The reception staff are really proffesional and friendly all of the denist and nurses there are lovely and make you feel at ease even in the most worring of circumstances. The prices are quite good no dearer than any other private dentist £22.0 a check up. Highly reccomend them.
