Why look anywhere else. I called Nick and he was able to be at my house in about 1/2 an hour. He re-keyed 9 locks including a few that were corroded, cleaned and lubricated everything. I have an expensive front door handle which someone had cross threaded the cylinder and he fixed that too. Can't really ask for more, Nick is a nice guy who enjoys his work, responds quickly, works fast, does good work and has good rates. Nick the owner came over promptly and was courteous but told me he was not able to fix my lock. He was here a maximum of 10 minutes and said even though he could not fix it I still had to pay a $70 service fee. I later contacted two other locksmiths and one said their service fee was $15 and the other had no fee if they were unable to fix the lock. I feel like I was was taken advantage of. I contacted the owner to tell him I thought this fee was unfair but he did not care. Would not recommend. read more

I always seek out family owned and operated. 4 and half to 5 stars with as many reviews as possible. Then I sent the exact same text to all three. I outlined what I needed and asked for an estimated cost. Two of the three sent me a quote, no reply from the third. Nick had the best price so I set up an appointment. Nick was on time and a professional at all times. I needed an old front door lock re-keyed. Due to the age of my lock there was a problem. Nick didn't give up.
