Or.. you can buy them here. 2. There is a taxi service conveniently located outside station. 3. Eating: There are a wealth of restaurants near the station. A few faves are ROC and Olive, Cha Ba, Brands deli ( great eggs) and Corazon de Cuba. The Starbucks here is one of their top locations IMO. 4. Beach Access: The station is @8 minute walk to the beach. There are numerous access points. I enter beach via Edwards Boulevard. This entrance is near Rip Tide cafe if you want to eat on the beach. 5. Transportation: There are numerous NICE buses that can take you around Long Island, especially if you want to go to the Roosevelt Field mall. Public transportation is highly recommended because finding a parking spot is difficult. 7. Lodging: There are numerous hotels to stay within walking distance. There are Air BNBs you can also rent but do it before summer season starts. 8. Shopping: East and West Park Avenue have some nice shops. 9. Waiting Area: you can purchase L.I.R.R. tickets here. I was so distraught by the whole matter I pulled over and called the company to file a complaint, I reached someone on the phone I told him the whole story at first he tried to make excuses for their behavior then he realized what they did was inexcusable and he had no justification for the worker touching my car and displaying menacing behavior towards me, however, after all this conversation he then tells me that he is just the service and cannot actually file a complaint for me and that I would have to call back at 8:30 am to speak with staff, can you believe that, you would think he would have said that in the beginning. The shenanigans of it all! I don't even know if it's worth calling back to report it again after reading the reviews it seems this company has a history of allowing bad behavior from their employees with little to no consequence that is why they feel comfortable behaving in a deplorable manner.
