To be fair and honest, the work Richard did was fine...my amp works great and the price was very…read morereasonable. My frustration came from the length of time it took for a simple repair. If he wouldn't have waited a month to actually look at it, he could've sourced the part then and I could've got my amp back a month sooner. That said, I am happy with the job he did and I probably would have him work on my amps in the future...as long as I wasn't in a hurry for it.
