We waited a month on this business to come, because we had previously used them years ago and seemed nice. They gave a timeframe of 12-3pm. Unfortunately I personally had to run up the road but my mother was home awaiting their arrival. They reportedly arrived approx 1:30. I guess they assumed since no car was here no one was home? I called the business & was rudely cut off by an older man saying he already spoke with my husband. I reassured him my name is on the mortgage also and the money would've come from my bank account. I asked if the person could come back since we were still well within the time allotted and that my mother reported not even hearing anyone knock at the door (nor any of our dogs barking...). He refused. Probably for the best. If that's the type of customer service they give I don't trust that they'd do a thorough job. read more
