Was here in July 2013. Great camping, if you wich to get away from the mainstream by-the-highway…read morecamp grounds. This camp ground is a bit out of the way, but well worth the trip. It is located on a slope by the water facing east where you can observe a spectacular sunset over the ocean. The camp sites are not labeled but easy to figure out as the occur among natural flats along the cliffs by the water. There are some sites for camping mobiles and caravans, but most are suitable for tents. You need a pretty descent car to drive all the way in, since it is pretty steep at some parts. The place is run private, so don't expect a lot of attention, but the people there are very nice, friendly and easy to do business with, but busy. It's a bit out in the bush, but they have wifi and that kind of stuff if you really need it. Showers and toilets are a bit few, but not disastrous. Just get up early or wait for a while. Price was also reasonable compared to other local ones, since we asked at each one of them. But in short, to decide between an organized, expensive, loud place full with rude people as compared to maybe a bit more add hock but pristine, scenic, cheap and calm, the choice was easy.
