I had used this company 2yrs ago and was not happy with the service. he took my money and did not fulfill his contract. His add says he uses shovels, but he does not. Fast forward 2yrs later and he's replying to my original inquiry from 2020. When I tell him I'm not looking for a quote he copies my original message. I inform him that it's from 2yrs ago. He says the date is irrelevant. I would never ever use this company again and anyone who asks me about it I would tell them not to use the scam artist. read more

I have never received such poor service from a business. The job completed sucked even after being done way after it should have been . The job completed poorly is the least of the issues. When I interviewed Brad for his services he was experiencing health issues and took a few days for him to go to my mother's house to view what needed to be done and provide me with a quote due to some health issue. At that time I questioned whether or not he would be capable of fulfilling the contract and he assured me he would be. I purchased his services. Since that day we have had only a few good snowfalls and every single time I have had to chase him down. The one time he cleared the driveway it was not done as requested in the quote. I continually have to chase him down, he seldom returns my calls but when he does again he cites health issues. He initially told me there was a "crew" of shovellers, again another lie. From the reviews it looks like he's been doing this to several others for many years. Sadly he has scammed a 91 year old woman who is left house bound because of his failure to provide a service for which he has been fully paid. DO NOT PURCHASE HIS SERVICES. read more

My husband and I travel to Florida for 4 months during the winter and hire a snow removal company to plow our property drive and walkway during this time because we have a tenant in an upstairs apartment. She is a nurse so it is important that she be able to come and go without issues. We were impressed by Brad's promise of snow removal by a specific time. We opted for the premium priced at $450 + tax so gave him the first payment of $169.50. LOTS of snow in January but no snow removal. Several messages were left for Brad with the same message on his machine "apologize but due to amount of snow accumulation we are backlogged". Still believing he was backlogged or having staffing issues our neighbours offered to shovel the drive until they showed up. NEVER SHOWED OR RETURNED OUR CALLS so we were forced to hire another contractor. Please beware ! read more

I contracted with Brad to remove my snow back in November, he did not need to come out, this week I check with him when we had the thursday accumulation of a few inches, my driveway was covered and certainly had the "2 inch requirement." He responded very abruptly with "there is not 2 inches." Then the snow dump on Saturday, the first day in months I had cars (overnight guests) in my drive. Our cars are always in the garage. I texted him to indicate we were going out and cars were put on the road..... No response. At 10 pm I inquired again. Nothing. I then indicated that we were going to bed, now we are near 11pm, and Brad suggests he should be there in a half hour. As this is a snowblower removal service I say to Brad " I am concerned about running a snowblower so late at night." My overnight guests were also concerned for a possible noise complaint. His response was so over the top. I don't even know when it came in, but it was unbelievable. "if you don't want a snowblower being used I won't be doing it today" "I don't need to waste any time talking to you today, you just need to read your contract." "And you have five minutes to let me know whether you want a snowblower used or not, I will be out of your area and will not be returning." " Just to be clear if you do not get back to me within 2 minutes I am not clearing your property, the last thing you said was that you didn't want a Snowblowers waking anybody, those are your instructions and you have two minutes odft and I'm not kidding." I only wrote I was concerned......and since have written him asking what his plan is, no response. I have asked him to instruct me with regard to if he intends to remove my snow, no response. I have asked for my money back, no response. I should have read reviews............don't make the same mistake I made this man is volatile and blaming. His approach is upsetting. Please stay away from London Snow Crew. I am a landlord and am looking for a winter maintenance contractor for my building. I called up 'Brad' and inquired about his services. I asked if he had commercial general liability insurance, which is standard in the industry and he freaked out on me. He told me that he doesn't need insurance because he has an iron-tight contract and therefore will not get sued. What he did not know is that I work in the insurance legal industry and represent dummies like him all the time. I called him out for his pretty poor business acumen and he proceeded to berate me and call me every name under the sun via text message and then called me 4x on my phone yelling and threatening me, suggesting that I was out to 'sue him' and that i was a 'gold digger' and that he was prepared to come to my house to fight me. This guy really has zero clue and should hang up his shovel and return to his dummy cave. read more

I am just posting this advice concerning a snow removal company called London Snow Crew. Don't use them! They lied to us about coming and clearing our driveway and tried telling us that they came and shoveled it, when in fact they did not. They were contacted about the situation and they actually hung up the phone on us as we were trying to have the situation resolved. Then they proceeded to avoid all incoming calls from us. This company is very unprofessional and I would not recommend their service to anyone. FYI they also have a service for lawn care--if it is anything like their snow removal I would stay away from hiring them. read more
