Joshua's poor counsel still haunts me to this day - this man is probably good at DWI's, but don't hire him for anything else. He has a clear lack of understanding and compassion for complicated relationships, and also lacks the willingness to listen. I could not have asked for a worse attorney to represent me in my case as he dismissed or ignored every word I said. I am disgusted by his arrogance and his perceived image of himself. I'm not someone who is writing this due to a poor outcome alone - look at Josh's record as he was suspended in 2020 for the following which is quoted from the official letter he was given. You get what you pay for... don't make the same mistake that I did.
"The Director of the Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility has filed a petition for disciplinary action alleging that respondent Joshua Seth London has committed professional misconduct warranting public discipline--namely, making multiple knowingly false statements to the prosecutor and the court while representing two clients, instructing his paralegal to file a request for a continuance with the court that included multiple knowingly false statements, failing to appear in two criminal matters, appearing on two occasions incapacitated and unable to represent clients, resulting in delays to court proceedings, and initially omitting the reason for his incapacitation when responding to the Director's inquiry.
