A good village shop they sell groceries, fresh fruit and vegetables (displayed on the outside of the shop), ready made sandwiches and homemade cakes and pastries. You can hire a DVD here or drop off your dry cleaning. Useful notice board on the left as you enter the shop where people advertise items for sale or advertise their services. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the owner who is always ready for a joke. They have quite a good selection of beers and wines for a small shop. Also gift tins of biscuits and sweets for presents. The opening hours are long including Sunday morning. read more
