My face doesn't feel clean and there was no blackhead extraction or skin analysis before the start. Felt very gross and wish i had not gone for the facial. She did warn me that i may get some oil in the hair but the key word was some-not to look like i bathed in oil. Guess it would be okay if i booked late in the evening and was going home or even if i brought a hat with me. Anyhow, enjoy your massages - hope they are better than the facial.

She first massaged my head and then I went on the table for the full body. After that, I had a shower/steam in the steam room. My skin was so much better the next day, the oil they use is amazing! In a previous review I read someone complaining about the amount of oil, but obviously an ayurvedic facial is different than a facial with extractions you would have in a beauty salon for instance. The oil did wonders for my skin and hair. I highly recommend this retreat!

Overall, they're a con, all top show and my back was worse afterwards. I would not recommend. I am sure there will be a confrontational response from management as they are incredibly defensive and confrontational, you need to take on feedback and work on customer service! Read through your reviews, there are many low ratings.
