People in general were nice but it felt like they have zero respect for clients' time. Also, they don't seem to have a ton of experience with people with curly hair. Español: En general quedé satisfecha con el resultado pero a pesar de haber tenido una cita, el proceso de balayage tardo tres (TRES) horas porque el lugar estaba llenísimo y mi estilista (Román), a pesar de ser buena onda, tomó a otras como tres clientas entre que me empezó y me terminó el proceso. En general la gente fue buena onda pero me parece una falta de respeto absoluta a mi tiempo. Además, no parecen tener mucha experiencia con pelo enrulado.
