After waiting eight months for updates, I was eventually told the second unit is now "unrepairable," which is incredibly frustrating. If this were a reputable shop, these issues should have been identified early in the process--especially considering I was charged $100 just for an initial evaluation. To this day I still haven't received back this unit. Overall, this was a long, costly, and disappointing experience with poor results.

I called at several different points of a day thinking it was the timing but nope it's just bad customer service. The website is good on informing you about what the studio has to offer. But the issue begins when you are trying to get the rates. You call they take your information and say they are going to get it to the booking department which hasn't happen in a 5 day period. I've talked to 4 different people after trying to book the session who took the same information an no follow up. Each time I talk to a new person there it's like a recording with a new voice and no follow up. They will most likely reach out after this review but I'm not interested no longer and will not be taking down the review. I will say fix your problem so the next person doesn't have to go through that.

It still took WAY to long to book my session (nearly a month) but once it was booked, things went smoothly.
