It has large open halls with skylights and open floors. Stores are regular Rio brands (not a lot of designer brands) but look well organized. Overall staff friendliness in stores is markedly different; people are polite and patient. This definitely has the best customer service of any mall in Rio. There's a taxi stand, a large food court, several other sit-down restaurants, an entertainment zone, cinema and parking.

A big dissapointment if you a little overweight. I like the clothers, though. The fabrics are bad, but because I find difficult to shop for clothers that are my style, Zara at least have a variety of different syles and prices.
