His tone of voice and mannerisms were incredibly disturbing and aggressive. We are not even comfortable contacting the front desk because his demeanor was so shockingly aggressive. They seemed over eager to get your condo cleaned despite wanting privacy and a later time. But overall great experience.

I have the proper documentation and the state I'm from recognizes ESAs-- for those who don't know, emotional support animals aren't recognized by all states, but the states that do aren't allowed to charge pet fees or pet rent. I was driving through CO and made a stop in Glenwood Springs. I called this hotel to inquire on availability and to ask if they had any issues/policies regarding my ESA. The employee who answered the phone had no pleasantries. He literally hung up on me.
