I called to get further details about their operational hours, only for the phone to be answered by an abrasive rude man, who didn't even let me finish my enquiry sentence, he simply interrupted me and said, ' I only do call outs'. As I attempted to ask if he could signpost me to another service, he cut me off. I was astonished at this and thought the call may have dropped; however, after a second attempt, he repeatedly cut me off. Shockingly bad service that I would never recommend to anyone/

The bit of the shop that they let you in is about four square feet in total, and they do their stuff in the rest of the shop out of sight. Upon completing the service we were charged £49 for service and £60 for the replacement lock. We then spoke to their office afterwards where we were told that is just the price they charge (btw i have used another locksmiths for the same job with total price £70 so don't use them on price basis alone). I have subsequently looked up the lock and it is a basic model european cylinder - approx RRP £10-15. I then attempted to search the company on the receipt which was 'Locksmiths 2 Go', this is neither the trading name of the 'The Lock Company' or 'Cardan Ltd' the legal name on the website. After asking them on the phone who carried out the service they said it was "the locksmith company". Only after I said that the receipt said Locksmith 2 Go did they change their response. I think you can imagine the kind of outfit that refuses to name the company providing the service and advertises under a different company when searched in google. Don't make the same mistake we did, please choose a member of the Master Locksmiths Association to provide any locksmith services not these cowboys!
