Nice store but we were unable to get any assistance on getting a part for our mini split. We have been waiting over a month for a part and every time we call or go in and ask the employees are rude and almost refuse to help us. They just keep telling us the man that does that is out on sick leave and I guess no one else in the store is able to assist us with getting the part. We bought our mini split here and had the extended warranty and still can get no assistance. I will not recommend this store for any reason. It is really upsetting to think that the store we bought the unit from will not assist in getting the part I guess due to it being under warranty. So I am saying the heating and air part of this store is awful and really need to be schooled on how you represent your store and your service because they are rude and dont want to be bothered.
