This service really helped me out when I was in a jam. I locked my keys in my car at the mall, and was basically stranded. I called a few places and didn't like the prices I was hearing so attempted to unlock my door myself using a hand shovel and the wire from a spiral bound notebook. Unfortunately my attempts were futile. After hearing my situation, Daniel, the locksmith employee lowered his rates to give this broke college student a break and was also kind enough to give me a 15% discount for my next inevitable lockout. The service was quick and painless. Cost me 80 dollars all together, but with the speed he got to me and the speed of the service, it was definitely the best deal I had come across in my frantic search. tl:dr; - late but got the job done - use cash "On my way in about 15min" I'm a patient person--- as in I wouldn't mind hanging at the DMV or in and out drive thru line because I can easily pop open my kindle but after 40mins of waiting, I followed through with a phone call for this man's whereabouts. It's absolutely unprofessional if your CLIENT has to be the one to follow up, especially when you're over an hour late. TIP: Use CASH or else it's a "10%" card fee although the he's using square, which only deducts 3% of every sale. Also, in order to get the 10% off, you have to write a review in his presence, which is probably why he has an almost pristine five star rating. Did he get the job done? Yes, but I'd rather get someone else with clear and thorough communication. read more

Yep. I locked myself out. AGAIN. This time, I turned to Lock Genius Solutions to come to my rescue. To my surprise, the guy who came to unlock my door (not Daniel, but I've forgotten his name) informed me that he was unable to unlock my door and would have to break the lock and install a brand new one. Seeing as this is not the first time I've locked myself out, I know another locksmith has been able to get into my house before. When I mentioned that, the locksmith informed me that that's impossible (um, except it was possible and I've gotten in before) and that I'd have to pay him the $65 anyway, even if he does not unlock my door, so I may as well pay the $100+ to install a new lock. Obviously, it would not make sense for me to send him away and hire another locksmith to come back, so I had no choice and I desperately needed to leave for work. When he was done installing the lock, there was metal and wood dust/debris everywhere, he left all the extra screws from the old lock strewn all over my entryway which I ended up having to clean before I left so my dog doesn't try to eat them or step on them. Overall, the stress of being locked out was made even more stressful. Buyer beware - I'd definitely use another company next time. read more

My husband broke the truck key and we need to extract the broken tip from the ignition. I called several locksmith companies and I was getting a lot of call back and the costs were so expensive. When i talked to Daniel, he said he will be in my area in the next 2 hours. I said that is too long to wait and I am expecting some call backs from other company. Daniel said to just call him in case we can not find anyone to help within 2hours. Although, I was able to get some quote from other locksmiths, I was not happy to some of the responses.. others were sarcastic and boastful to say it'll costs $150-250, which I feel was being rob because they think you are desperate. Daniel, took time in calling and keeping in touch to make sure I got help. Although, he will charge you for going and checking your problem but will not asure you he can fix your problem, I still felt hesitated because I dont want to pay if my problem is not fixed. I took a risk by calling him again and lo and behold he was able to fix it but costs me $$$. Although, he was kind enough to make me happy and was able to negotiate the cost of the repair. My husband is happy and I am sure Daniel is happy to be able to fix our locksmith problem. read more
