They're actually Home Depot's preferred installer in the area so they reached out to me after I purchased my opener online (via HD's website). I was able to schedule my install with very little fuss - via email and Daniel showed up on time and ready to go the day of! Daniel was knowledgeable and worked quickly. He even took the time to program the buttons in both my vehicles (saving me hours later, I'm sure - lol). He cleaned up after himself and left the garage looking exactly like it looked before his arrival (which is always a plus). I thought my model was a smart model (based on Home Depot's misleading descriptions) but it turns out it's just 'smart capable' - there's another part you have to buy and install to use the smart features. When I called to ask about it, Daniel explained the situation. Not deducting any stars because it's not Daniel's fault Home Depot lists this as smart / wifi enabled.
