FRAUDULENT COMPANY - BEWARE Rented a car from here several times for business. Each time I drive it less than 100km and barely leave the highway. The one time I returned it after hours, they charged me almost twice the amount I should have been charged, claiming damages. This was 2 days after I already returned the car. After requesting an explanation, they claimed that I damaged both the wheel and the bumper but offered no proof. After several requests, I was finally sent a picture of a wheel with a barely visible scratch. I was never sent any proof of the supposed bumper damage. I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for many years, but if this is the type of company they partner with, I will never rent from any Enterprise company again. This place is an absolute SCAM. Using this option, I rented a car for 25h. I returned it and the clerk said everything OK. However, next day I get an invoice showing they scrapped the "late return" lineitem and charged an extra day. To make matters worde, they do not answer the customer care phone nor do they return customer email messages. They smile in your face, then deduct extra from your credit card and refuse any accountability. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT RENT from Locauto Rent or Enterprise when in Italy. They are thieves and scam artists. I read many different reviews about Locauto Rent fraudulently charging for many things. So I did not rent from them due to this. I went through Enterprise to be safe and Lo and Behold they sent me to pick up my car from Locauto Rent in Rome and I got charged an extra $300 in damages. There is no way to dispute this and Enterpise would not help out at all. Nobody would show me this "damage" they said that occurred and we took pics before and after of the car. There was no damage whatsoever and there was no way to get my money back since they had my card already charged. DO NOT rent from either of these places! Be warned!! read more
