They do not have their office setup so that you can take their required tests on their computers, and they didn't even know that until I attempted to take their required tests there. I had to take the tests at the Sheboygan County Job Center. By the way, I passed all the tests they gave me with high scores. I was then told that I don't qualify for a job as a receptionist even though I have several years working as a receptionist. I sincerely believe they don't know what they are doing and feel sorry for anyone else who attempted to get work through them.

I'm a 55 year old white man and was looking to become gainfully employed through QPS service. One job assignment was at a now defunct medical supply company in the industrial park near Nemak gateway business. ITM or something. They moved to Mexico. When I accepted the assignment I was told dress code rules etc. It was a very small company with about 8 people on 3rd shift. One co worker approximately 23 years of age (another temp) always wore pajama looking attire and turned out to be a lesbian necking with another coworker all the time on company premises. I said heck no. Told QPS to get me another assignment. I was sent to Poly Vinyl for 1 1/2 years off and on. Finally after another lay off I said forget it, I need something else. I called QPS on a Friday late afternoon to ask for a new job then I left home for a few hours. Upon returning around 7:00 pm my machine had a message to work Great Lakes cheese Monday 1st shift 7:00 am. I didn't accept that job offer and did not go. QPS called me Monday and yelled at me and black balled me for being a no call/no show. I told them during my application process I wasn't willing to go to Plymouth and I specified my least favorite jobs. Great Lakes cheese was definitely one of them. I called corporate QPS in Brookfield to resolve this issue. Jen head HR is a stubborn bitch. Wouldn't see my problem and wasn't too concerned with resolving any wrongs QPS caused me.
