I stayed at one of the apartments for a month. It was a very convenient location for the retreat I was at. The cupboards had ample space, the room was spacious and very Tuscan, and it had a cute balcony whose doors I liked to leave wide open for the beautiful, cool breeze wafting in and to air out the room which was shuttered in until I came by.
There was a laundry room too, where one could use the laundry machines and bought the tokens at the reception counter. A restaurant and cafe. I heard the pizza was very good, but unfortunately never got the opportunity to try it.
And the sunset and sunrises were stupendous, overlooking The Valley.
Even though there was a constant sound of blasting from the mines nearby mining for marble and some kind of stones, once we got used to those, it was a very peaceful, quiet and tranquil village where one could come to write your memoirs and spend a relaxing summer!
