I needed a website built and maintained and found them through an inquiry I made with Wix. Service started out ok, but I felt like I had to explain things over and over and the results I got were still off base. I should've known better based on the minor things they worked on previously than to inquire about them starting a huge project for me, but I really needed it for my company. Rather than be honest about the difficulties of my request and giving me reasonable time lines, they over promised and under performed. It's now been seven months, hours an hours of trying to explain and get them to realize what I wanted and hours of them asking me to test something they should be able to do on their own. I finally got frustrated enough to ask to scrap the project pull the feature from our site completely and refund the project. It took 5 to 6 times asking repeatedly to remove the feature and give up the project. Their response has been catty and has insinuated I'm impatient and unappeasable. I'm stuck with them serving my site for the remainder of my two year contract because they will not update me as the owner until the two year period ends or having someone else rebuild a completely new site as my business cannot function without a site. lucky me! Don't get fooled into using these folks the low monthly fee sounds to good to be true and it is.
