It was also by the main door which slammed every time someone came in or left. And my massage started late. No apology and I had to ask for water. Was never offered a drink. Also booked a facial which they interpreted as a face massage. Plus they made a mistake as to who my facial therapist was so after the massage I had to get dressed go back to the noisy, congested reception area just to be told to go back to the room I'd just been in. Not exactly relaxing. By this time Id had enough so I left after about 10 mins of my non facial face massage. This place looked promising from its shop front and website but once inside its disappointing. Avoid. They seem to run popular yoga classes so maybe they should stick to that.

I could not stand nor sit... It was really bad... Anyway I found his name on Yell and went there and he really did a good job. The day after my back was much better. I think I went there twice after that and since then I am ok. I highly recommend this New Zealand doctor. I think the first time you go there, you have to pay £45 and then £40. If you call, you can get an appointment the same day.
