We popped into local myth based on a recommendation and grabbed a pizza to eat at the beach. Overall, we thought the pizza was ok. We did a large pie and customized it to our liking with olives, pepperoni, mushrooms, spinach and basil. The crust was thin, but pliable and they definitely didn't skimp on the toppings, but we just weren't wowed by the pizza. The price point was quite high and it wasn't anything special. Probably the best pizza in Chelan, but not sure local myth would hold up elsewhere. read more

Amazing pizza! Came here on a busy Sunday around 1pm and we were seated right away. The inside is busy but decorated well. I ordered the 10" Margarita myth and it was amazing! Normally I need a 12" pizza but I had a couple pieces leftover on this one. It was cooked so well and the flavors combined so well together. Reasonable price compared to other places in chelan. If you're in chelan, you must come here! I also ordered an apricot cider which was really good, and they even brought us chilled glasses since it was in a can. Bill before tip was around $23 which isn't bad for a big pizza and a cider! read more

Awesome pizza and service. Long wait but totally worth it. Got the firecracker and it hit the spot. Spicy but perfectly balanced and flavorful AF with loads of fresh toppings to work through. Hand-stretched crist was the perfect combo of crisp and chewy. Wedge salad was amply dressed and the combo of ingredients was so nice; dried cranberries a delicious counterpoint to the gorgonzola and blue cheese. Great place and can't wait to come back for another go. read more

I love this place! Every time I visit the area I want to go. We had the chicken cordon blue pizza and the first date pizza, both were amazing. The staff is always friendly and awesome. I'll be honest, this was one of the worst pizzas I've had. I was craving a basic margarita pizza, something I get all the time and never disappoints. All of the pizzas here look and sound amazing, I figured their margarita would be top-notch. However, It got soggy extremely fast, the mozzarella was rubbery, and there was honestly no flavor at all. I also got their version of a "Caprese salad", again, no flavor and not enough balsamic. I was hoping for the price that I would be amazed by both of these but that was not the case unfortunately. read more

Found our way to Local Myth while in town for a conference. My roomie was raving about it, and I'm always down for good pie, so in we went. It was PACKED (Friday night), so we opted to order, go check in to the hotel, and come back and pick it up. We got text messages about 45 minutes later, and grabbed the grub. I eat pizza almost every place I go, and Local Myth did not disappoint. I had the First Date, and it was well-balanced and yummy. I might have liked the toppings to go closer to the edge, but not a huge deal. If you're a ranch lover, theirs is excellent. :) Roomie got some kind of vegetarian pizza, but only ate one slice...not sure if she liked it or not, but I'm guessing maybe no? We shared a salad, and what we got was not what we ordered, I don't think. We ate it anyway. It was a little overdressed for me, but the flavors were good. Anyway, Local Myth is worth it, as long as you're not starving or in a hurry - when they are busy, you can expect to wait 45+ minutes. read more

Ordered a gluten free build your own; was shocked by the final prize for a 10" pizza: $25.00. I know and understand the GF is an up-price, but this was pretty shocking. I got light cheese, pepperoni and salt & pepper. Adding basil would have added an extra $2.00. Did a to-go order; pizza ended up being burnt. I understand it can be a bit order to bake gluten free crust, but with that price I wouldn't expect the final product to be of that quality. Would choose to not purchase a gluten free product from here aim the future. read more

This pizza is amazing! We came at a busy time and it was definitely worth the wait. Our server took our entire order with omissions and substitutions without writing anything down. How cool is that? The pies came out pipping hot, loaded with all the fresh toppings. I love that their crust was crispy and not greasy at all. We ordered the LMCB, Pepp Crunch, Firecracker, and Sausage 2. They were all very different, and all mouthwatering delicious. The crunchy pepperoni topping was so good! I wish all pizza places offered it! This pizza was so craveworthy that we came back several days later to eat here again on our way out of Chelan, but unfortunately they are closed Sundays. read more

We have been going to Local Myth Pizza here in Chelan for years as we are locals. The pizza is truly excellent and consistently good. Their pizza is better than anything we had in Italy when we visited a year ago. Additionally they have a broad selection of micro beers, cider and wine. On top of the food and drink, their staff, all of them, are outstanding and very customer focused. They are friendly and really want you to have a good experience. You cannot go wrong eating here. We would not go anywhere else for pizza and beer in Chelan and we don't. Top cabin these folks, just saying. Steve read more

Visited while on a weekend trip to Mount Baker, and I will say this place did not disappoint. The wait is long.. so if you are not super hungry, go ahead and put yourself on the waitlist because by the time your name is called, you will most likely be hungry. We went on a Friday night at around 8 and it was pretty packed, but since it was just two of us we were able to snag spots at the bar right away. The food did take awhile to make.. but it worth the wait. The options are endless - even the pickiest eaters will find something to eat here because they do not skimp on the variety. I forgot which pizza I got, but whichever one it was - was so good! I believe it was the all meat one, and when it came out - it took everything in me not to keep eating even though I was stuffed. The pizza was the perfect amount of cheesy, not too doughy, and fresh hot. If I am in the area again, I will definitely be coming back. They also have a lot on the side with a decent amount of spots, so parking wasn't an issue either. read more

First time here. All aspects were outstanding. My wife and I split a 12 inch combo and a plate of shrimp pesto pasta. The pizza was a thin crust with just the right amount of char on crust. The shrimp pesto pasta was amazing . service was top notch and place was really clean and bright. will definitely be going back. read more

I hadn't been back for years and tried it again. The pizza crust is flavorful and the toppings were tasty. Prices a bit high even with the accounting for "supply chain issues. Service was adequate- not as friendly or fast as one might expect during mid-week late lunch with only 1 other table of 4 who already had their food. read more

What awesome pizza . We had the combo with pepperoni, sausage, olives, mushrooms, red pepper and green onion slices. It was so damn good! Only a few spots for patio seating but tons of people were ordering take out pizza. Really nice staff. We will be back before we head home to Portland. read more

Yum Yum Yum.... our Favorite pizza in Chelan! Cute little place - not very much seating so if you want to dine in plan accordingly or prepare to maybe wait for a table. I would expect most business is take out though - which is what we do. The service is good and the pizza is extremely good! The crust is perfection - just the right amount of crispiness! They allow you to customize the toppings exactly how you like them, we always do a half and half so we each get what we like. Prices are average for a pizza place. Overall such a good place - we will keep coming back! read more

Pizza was unique and excellent tasting. Great flavors for pizza. Was ready within the time window provided which is amazing as this place was rocking busy. This is primarily because of the onion allergy and he wanted a view. They put us in the middle of the dining hall. We asked about the view, the seating hostess "well this is the best view." There were three tables out on the patio. We had a view of a bridal party and bros who were spilling their drinks. I after a lengthy back and forth about food items, I was instructed to order protein and sides that were safe. What I ordered: scallops cooked in a butter, lemon and white wine sauce order a pasta of the chef's choosing. What she kept ordering were plain scallops, buttered noodles and a side of vegetables. I kept correcting her that I did not want buttered noodles. I stead of listening to me, she kept asking me what type of noodles I wanted. She didn't allow the chef to choose, she wrote linguini. I tried one more time correcting her, Steph wouldn't fix it. The lack of communication is sad. The food: I wish I could talk about the food. I got tasteless butter garlic noodles, three very small tasteless scallops, a side of shaved parmesan and a side of vegetables. I paid $45 dollars to be fed a meal worthy of a picky 2 year old and not what I ordered. I cannot fault the chef. I have no doubt he hated making that dish given what was on that menu. After heavily salting, I gave up after three bites. My boyfriend was very clear with Steph. I was very clear with Steph. She would not listen. Ambiance: is beautiful. Worthy of all the IG pictures. Because they accommodated the food allergy, I chose to not give one star. But honestly they deserve a one star review. Recommendations: Teach your staff how to listen. I had one amazing restaurant that will highlight with a highlighter what I can eat and underline anything that be accommodated. That was probably the best restaurant I have ever experienced.

We'll come in just for beer and a cocktail sometimes. I go for lunch at least once a week, especially if I can snag one of the two front patio tables so my dog can join us in the shade. We bring every houseguest here for dinner. My boyfriend loves the steak, ribs special, sandwiches, and burgers. I love the many vegetarian friendly options, including the fettucine alfredo and stir fried rice. There's a kids menu full of choices for kiddos too. Many of the foods here can be made gluten free, as well. The staff is wonderful, atmosphere beautiful and relaxing, and it's truly the best place to take your visitors to our beautiful lakeshore city.

The staff was really kind and helpful. We wanted to get glasses, and they let us try a few before deciding. I didn't love any of the wines, but it was also 92 degrees out and I was pretty thirsty so that could have impacted my perception of them. I will say, glass prices are steep here. Our white wines were about $18 per glass. We sat on the lower lawn on couches in the shade and enjoyed live music. It was SO lovely! This is such a beautiful spot- just far enough out to be quiet and surrounded by nature without being so far off the road that it's hard to get to.
