Their clearance is usually a mess but isn't that the fun of clearance; digging for treasure? Only 1 dressing room I think. Maybe 2. They always seem to just have 1 register open. Don't know why. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because I don't get very good service when I'm there. I never get greeted, never get asked if I'm looking for something specific, and the employees always seem to be chatting away with each other or friends that came to visit them. No offense to anyone, but I wonder if I don't get any attention because I don't really have the Hot Topic 'look.' I did an online order to be shipped to the store recently and everything was great. I ordered 2 shirts and so far only 1 has shown up, but it came quickly and that day the woman who took care of me was super nice. I assume she was a manager. We even laughed about her and my nails. I'll be back shopping in the store for sure. I have Hot Cash to spend in January!

Cards are a decent price, none different than anywhere else. But if you want a collectible it'll cost ya. Sometimes they do clearance tables with some decent stuff, but they jack in their prices. If you DO buy a collectible the help is good. They'll even wrap it for you if you say it's a gift. Takes a little time but they do a good job. I LOVE their ornaments. They do sell cheap candy. And they're good about asking you for your Hallmark card. They do not accept coupons that aren't printed, so don't try to show one to them on your phone.

They had a great variety of merchandise ranging from Rainbow Brite to Christmas ornaments and other things. And the service has always been exceptional. I was planning to buy a Rainbow Brite and Twink Christmas ornament as a gift for one of my sisters for her upcoming birthday in the next three months, which is set to be released ten days after the 4th of July this year, but now with this particular location closed (which is in a shopping center closest to my house), I'll be buying it online instead.

I ended up buying ~20 lb of frosted peanut butter pretzels, which were on sale due as they were "seconds" aka slight manufacturing mistakes. Still delicious though! There are smaller quantities on sale too if you don't want to go all in. Their Facebook and Instagram page posts about their specials pretty often, about weekly, so if you like deals definitely look them up!

We were ecstatic to find the LRE Co. after bobbin in and out of many other stores (including Etsy) for comparisons. We were captured by LRE's expansive choices of stuffed animals from moose and cows to baby turtles and sloths (who doesn't love a sloth?)--a virtual zoo! Their embroidery designs and ribbons were also impressive, and at $39.95 per cubbie, the pricing seemed reasonable. I ordered a giraffe for one nephew and a hedgehog for the other a couple years later; both were wildly adorable. I found the ordering process to be more sewphisticated than that of other sites, with proofs being sent to me for approval before order finalization, and fantastic communication throughout. The finished products far exceeded our expectations, with the stuffed animals being quite a bit larger than we expected, and the embroidery on point. Overall this company excels in all categories: customer service, ease of ordering, selection, and quality. I give it 5 rounds of epaul-aus-ettes!
