This was an absolute horrible experience. I paid off a loan right away and they hold my title for my car hostage for must before finally telling me that I needed to sign a bunch more papers before they would do a lien release and then after I came all the way to Wausau to take care of that, I saw had a hard time getting them to actually get me a physical lien release that I could take to the DMV right away. The girl that helped me was absolutely flippant and her attitude which made me even angrier. I would not recommend this to anyone. If you cannot pay off this loan right away, you'll be a prisoner and hostage and debt forever because their interest rate is 800%. read more
