They are horrible. I get it. I knew that the loan I was getting from them was of a high interest rate. Sometimes we are desperate. The problem is I paid off my loan 6 months ago and I have not gotten my title to my car back. They finally sent me the paperwork with a check for 22 dollars for my new registration. I have incurred fees and fines and have had to rent, borrow cars to get to work. They are a joke...I will keep everyone informed on how they respond to trying to help me out. If you need a title loan there are many other places to get them. Loanmax are inconsiderate assholes. read more
