When my home buying experience started to go south, I turn to Joanna. She and a staff a caliber are what got me through and helped me by the home that I love. From day one, they were only interested and what I needed. I never felt like a payday to them, I felt like a person and even like a friend. Any question or concern that I had they were right on top of calling me back or emailing me back and explaining anything that I needed. They went out of their way to make sure that everything they submitted for me was more than one hundred percent correct so I didn't have any problems. I gave Joanna a strict budget when I started and even when I wanted to look at a more expensive house she supported me on that whenever all the numbers with me but gently reminded me that I had given her a budget in the beginning and wanted to make sure that I would be comfortable with going over that. That doesn't sound like much but it meant a lot to me. When I wanted to leave my realtor and just give up on the house, she talked me down she also made me again feel like a person not a number because, she told me that if it wasn't this house that there would be another house. Maybe not today or tomorrow but there will be another one that I loved and all that she was worried about was that I was happy with my purchase. Johanna even came to the closing of my house with me and when I couldn't deal with my realtor anymore she said she would do everything that she could so I could deal with only her.
