I'm a…read morelong-time listener to all of Conrad's podcasts and I listen to him every week talk about his mortgage business so when I was in need of a loan for a new home I contacted him first. I explained upfront about the challenges I've had in the past due to the fact that a lot of my pay is done with W9's, based on this I asked to get a preapproval before I started looking for a new house. I submitted all of my paperwork immediately and after two weeks of getting run-around and having to always contact them versus them reaching out to me I was basically told they couldn't help me for the things that I explained upfront. Now it doesn't bother me if they couldn't or wouldn't do the loan I understand that each mortgage company has different specialties and skill levels when it comes to what type of loans they can do. What really bothers me is they waited exactly 2 weeks to the day from my first credit check to tell me they can't help which puts me outside my free credit check zone to go to other mortgage companies. So now I have to start over from scratch and the housing market is so crazy in the last couple of weeks I've missed out on a lot of properties that I liked. In my opinion save with Conrad is probably fantastic if you have perfect credit And no odd or out of the ordinary circumstances. No one was rude or impolite just a little unresponsive at times. If I had to rank my experience in wrestling I was hoping for Bash at the Beach 1996 and what I got was more like Bash at the Beach 2000

When my home buying experience started to go south, I turn to Joanna. She and a staff a caliber are what got me through and helped me by the home that I love. From day one, they were only interested and what I needed. I never felt like a payday to them, I felt like a person and even like a friend. Any question or concern that I had they were right on top of calling me back or emailing me back and explaining anything that I needed. They went out of their way to make sure that everything they submitted for me was more than one hundred percent correct so I didn't have any problems. I gave Joanna a strict budget when I started and even when I wanted to look at a more expensive house she supported me on that whenever all the numbers with me but gently reminded me that I had given her a budget in the beginning and wanted to make sure that I would be comfortable with going over that. That doesn't sound like much but it meant a lot to me. When I wanted to leave my realtor and just give up on the house, she talked me down she also made me again feel like a person not a number because, she told me that if it wasn't this house that there would be another house. Maybe not today or tomorrow but there will be another one that I loved and all that she was worried about was that I was happy with my purchase. Johanna even came to the closing of my house with me and when I couldn't deal with my realtor anymore she said she would do everything that she could so I could deal with only her. She and her company came highly recommended and I see why. I will forever recommend that everyone start with Joanna and Caliber before you do anything else.
