ALTAMENTE INCOMPETENTI. Mi hanno ucciso il gatto. Il mio…read moregattino è venuto a mancare per incompetenza di questa clinica, non sono attrezzati per le emergenze ma purtroppo si sa che non possono esserlo tutte. L'incompetenza arriva nel momento in cui queste persone non ci hanno detto che era meglio portarlo in un'altra clinica, cosa che hanno fatto quando quella deficiente (pseudoveterinaria disumana) mi ha detto "eh noi chiudiamo alle 13" come dire "sono cazzi tuoi dopo". Sono stata lasciata sola a monitorare il mio gatto. HO DOVUTO LEGGERE L'ECG DA SOLA (ringrazio Dio di aver studiato) e risistemargli i cavi. L'ossigeno lo abbiamo dovuto tenere a mano noi. Arrivati all'altra clinica (CLINICA IN VIALE EUROPA) ci è stato detto che il micetto non avrebbe avuto possibilità di ripresa in quanto non erano state effettuate le procedure STANDARD giuste. Sono altamente disgustata.

We brought two cats from the U.S. when we moved here, and one after the other, they both became ill. The first I took in, and he was quickly diagnosed by (Stefano?), who I left thinking was Dr. Tanzini. My Italian is horrible, so I blame myself for the confusion. Regardless, the prescribed course of antibiotics and special food fixed his bladder infection in a matter of days. The second cat began to have trouble breathing about a week later, so we took her in on a Sunday, with no appointment, and met the real Dr. Tanzini! This time the problem was no easy fix, however. Dr. Tanzini discovered an infection in her chest cavity, with a mass of fluid pressing against her heart, causing the labored breathing. He immediately sedated her and drained a pint of pus out of her chest. From there, I took her back everyday for a week, so they could do tests, sonogram her chest, and administer an intravenous antibiotic cocktail. Another week of prescribed antibiotics at home, and she has recovered completely. It is no exaggeration to say that Dr. Tanzini and his staff saved my cat's life. Additionally, they all are extremely nice, and very patient with my limited Italian. I am also familiar with veterinary services where we come from in San Francisco, and the cost here was a small fraction of what this kind of care would have cost there. Bravo Dottore!
