Worked there for 8 years, waste of my life. It is the worse company to work for. I dont recommend it to anybody! They treat their employees like they are slaves! They talk down to you, never tell you that your doing a good job or try to help you when you need training. They throw you out there and its a "if u sink or float" kind of deal. Ridiculous! They wonder why they cant keep employees. They need proper training! They don't even have employee appreciation days. They never do anything nice for employees for holidays unless they can tax it. They have brand new people training brand new people. I was recently demoted from quality and they said i had to go back to operator even though i did nothing wrong. Why didnt they just fire me?!?, oh thats right they dont want to pay for unemployment. I did my job and was the best at it. Been in there the longest. I did not have points, all missed days were covered with doctors notes or personal days. i never got a warning or anything that i was being demoted. They used attendance as their excuse to demote me but i had fmla plus 4 personal days with 16 vacation days like i said i did not have any points, no verbal warning, no write up so how can i be demoted right?! They pick there kiss ass favorite people. They have people that sleep in quality and others who dont even work they just go and play around the whole 8hrs but then they demote me for reasons i dont know, Favoritism is a problem. They never wanted me to use any of my vacation or personal days and then tried to steal them back from me when they typed it in wrong in their system. They refused to fix these issues. They are very much aware of people not doing their jobs, i was the one always fixing their mess ups. From day one they harrassed me about my fmla. Everytime i had a day i had to call in they harrassed me about it. I also had pnemonia and was out for a week and then had double pnemonia after that a few weeks later. I missed 2 more weeks of work. I went back to work not feeling the greatest still. I then was personally told by Kevin Sullentraup aka the man that is supposed to take over the company in a few years, he told me in a one on one meeting that doctors notes are just an excuse and they do not matter. He has a violent temper and a drinking problem. He screams and belittles me. He throws chairs in meetings, also one of his nephews Dennis jr sullentraup who also worked there, he just went to prison for raping a baby and there is videos and lots of evidence to prove to courts about it. It was all over the news. They are very unprofessional and do not follow the rules. All they care about is money. I was promoted a couple years ago and was promised a $12 amount and that I would get another in 6 months but then gave me $11.75 raise. And never gave me a second raise like i was promised. They played dumb like they didnt know anything about it. They Also promised we would take college courses to get certified and that never happened. I was promised to learn alot of things like metal tensile testing, etc but they let their other employees tell me no im not allowed to learn because they think i would take their job. Job security i guess whatever. So much drama in that place and drugs. Everybody is out to get eachother. Fake lying scandelous people. When i first went inTo quality everybody treated me like i wasnt good enough. They hated on me and when training me they lied about alot of stuff so that i would purposly mess up. So much drama. Drugs are a major issue in that place. Also the factory is not air conditioned and they do not give extra breaks in the heat. Its usually triple the heat index inside the plastics factory. They constantly had people passing out on the job. They do not give their employees days off, weekends are mandatory and they give you points for missing a weekend day. They lie on their audits, i have witnessed alot of things they lie about. I do not know how they are still up and running. I want to add that they blame everybody for their quality issues when really it is the higher up quality engineers and owners faults for alot of their customer complaints. When quality tells them there is an issue and its not to customer standards i then place the parts on quarantine so they dont get shipped, the shipping rips off the hold tags and ships them anyways. They do not make customer standards parts. Quality engineers will say oh thats parts good instead if doing there job and asking the customer and then later when it comes back bad the engineer would say he never said that. They refuse to make the company better, it is going down hill. So many issues at this factory i would not recommend working there to my worst enemy. read more
