The service is so very impersonal but I don't need anything more for my banking services, the majority of which I conduct online or by telephone anyway. I love the depositpoint service where you just fill in a slip and post the money through a letterbox to avoid the queueing system. Also I can send this MY branch a cheque in the mail and the money will be added to my account within three days. I tried the same thing with my HSBC account recently and it took 2 weeks for the money to show up which was very unnerving. They don't offer the best rates, but Lloyds is a good all-rounder bank, and I've been pleased with the products. read more
