In September 2021, they were still taking Covid precautions, which I appreciated. They had hand sanitizer available at the entrance, which no one was using. They attempted to limit the number of people inside but people are gonna do whatever. At least everyone actually wears the mask. I ordered my drink in my size. Even though the sizes are listed here (in Germany) like they are in all Starbucks (tall, grande, venti), I never know how they want me to order. I say the size ("grande") and they switch to English. Maybe it's my accent? Anyway, I ordered my drink and said my name. I said I wasn't sure if there was enough on my Starbucks card and she didn't hear me and thought I was paying with credit so she let me swipe it. When she realized it was a Starbucks card, she took it because they have to swipe it. It came out to be the EXACT amount. Instead of getting frustrated, she was chill and easygoing. She even switched back to German when I didn't switch. I left with a great impression. Good job to this Starbucks location.
