This was an efficient operation. Easy to find behind Costco. Polite staff and convent hours. No complaints.

I strongly believe this location is not accurately paying people for their recycled goods…read more Consistently I have received FAR less than I was owed based on their listed prices. Today I brought in 4 & 1/2 trash bags full of items which consisted of one whole trash bin full of aluminum cans, one half trash bin full of plastic #1 and one half trash bin full of plastic #2 as well as a handful of glass items. Usually I could get anywhere from $8 (MINIMUM) to $12 depending on the items/price/etc. But I received $3.85 for it all. I asked to confirm with the person running the recycling area whether or not they included all of my items because it looked a lot less than it was supposed to be and they assured me that they did. On the receipt it shows a lot of my items have been zeroed out meaning they didn't pay me for what they should have paid me for. Instead they chose to scrap it or something else. When I go to a alternate location of this exact company I get twice as much money consistently. Someone at one of these locations is doing something severely wrong, whether that be overpaying at one location or severely underpaying patrons at one location. It's infuriating. I wasted my time and my effort and potentially my money because I turned in recycling that only netted me less than $4. This is ridiculous.

I had the most terrific service provided by your employee Carlos!…read moreHe went out of his way to help me find the information I needed with great communication skills. He followed up more than a couple of times, he was there when he said he would be, so very time conscious, responded very quickly, better than to be expected considering how busy he was and I could tell, the place was hopping and everybody was very kind, more than what I would consider to be excellent service. If every business could be this good, wow!, especially in these times. It was very refreshing to me after being so frustrated with everything I had been dealing with lately, and seemingly going to hell in a handbasket. I love you guys, especially Carlos! You guys are lucky to have an employee like him, I would hire him away from you if I was in need, he was that good! I'm sending everyone I ever speak with to you for a fantastic experience and to get a lesson in service, on how it's supposed to look and feel like. Great Job, keep it up!

It is so conveniently located and easy to pull-in and get out. They've finally reopened under new management and I couldn't be anymore enthused to recycle again. Today was a Sunday and I was excited to see they were open till 345p. I already had recyclables separated. The guy helping me was super nice and quickly weighed my three loaded trash cans. I asked if the recycle used batteries, but they do not. Still great they take many other materials including cardboard. The cashier was very friendly as we bonded over the time change. With that said, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Current CRV Rates: #1 Plastic $1.470 CRV Glass $0.102 Alum Cans $1.650 Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Junk King Orange County. I needed a king-size Sleep Number bed with…read morean attached heavy steel adjustable base removed so a new mattress could be delivered. The company originally scheduled to remove the old bed told me at the last minute that they only remove mattresses--not full Sleep Number setups with adjustable bases. After a quick Google search, I found Junk King. I went to their website and was able to schedule a pickup in less than two hours, which was incredibly convenient. I also decided to have them remove a few other old pieces of furniture while they were here. When the team arrived--Ryan M., Jose G., and Abner M.--they were polite, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing. That Sleep Number setup is extremely heavy, but they handled it efficiently and safely. They were careful not to damage the walls, wore protective foot covers, and worked quickly while still being respectful of the home. I was genuinely impressed by their professionalism, hard work, and positive attitude. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely be using Junk King again soon to help clear out some junk in my backyard. Highly recommend them if you need reliable and professional junk removal in Orange County.
