We have felt deceived by the staff, particularly the gentleman that attended us. They claimed to be…read moreon our side but we got the impression that their interest was on the opposite wall because the price of the apartment was increasing each time we spoke. And we got the feeling that they were trying to pocket a bigger fee rather than reach a mutually balanced agreement. In the end, we went to another agency around the corner and found an equivalent apartment at a more reasonable price. We shall post our positive review for that agency in their place.

Having coffee out there in the morning was a real joy. The bar just across the street, La Tranca is awesome! The restaurant just below the building with a sidewalk tables on the plaza. Just love it!
