So, uh, apparently don't call this phone number. I called the phone number listed above on this Yelp page to ask a question and when the guy answered he said, "This is a personal line?" When I answered it was, he responded, "No this is a personal line, as in this is my personal phone number bye" and hung up. Didn't mean to bother you, jeez. Maybe take a second to say, "I can give you my business info instead. Where did you find this number?" and clear this whole thing up. Still don't have an answer to my question. read more

After seeing the reviews below I just had to leave my experience with the shop. I had made a request to get a TV picked up but heard no word back so I called to ask why my pickup hadnt been taken care of. Staff on the phone were extremely helpful and explained that being a small shop they cant pick up every request they get and that a pickup request is just that, a pickup request. There would be no guaranteed they said unless they had responded to me via Email confirming(which i hadnt received). He said that they have to schedule the pickups to fill the entire day as to make the most of employee labor and time usage. After realizing my 26" TV didnt constitue a pickup I was told I could drop it off for free OR get more items that would validate a pickup. I was able to go through my closet and find some more electronics, re-requested and had my items picked up promptly at the time they emailed me about. read more

Bryan was especially helpful and persistent in repairing my harddrive. I had very important personal files on it and couldn't access them. Had tried a number of things on my own. When Bryan ran into problems he outsourced the expert help to get it working without any change in fees. Because it took extra long due to the complexity, he made up for it by providing additional services at no charge. Very professional with a challenging situation. Thanks again Bryan!!! read more

Bad customer service, they don't keep appointments and they don't follow through on what they promise.

Very responsive to phone calls about computer repairs. Other companies said they would call back and didn't. An interim solution was found to charge my computer while the part was ordered which saved me! Great service, response time and diagnostic work. read more

Great customer service! Filled out their form online on Wednesday, and they were a little backed up so I didn't get a call until today (Friday). However, they offered to come out for same-day pickup. I feel awful, I forget the gentleman's name that came out to schlep all of our old equipment away, but he was very friendly. I felt bad that he came out by himself since we had so much to haul away (and it's raining!), but he had no problem taking it all for us. 10/10, would recommend, would use this service again. I dropped off some old company computers and decided to take them up on their hard drive shredding service. I paid around 15 per drive for a "certified disposal" of the drives. I went in on 2/5/14 and gave them the computers and my email so they could send me the certificates. a month went by and no certificates. I began to worry that my drives were not destroyed, and I had lots of sensitive information on them. I called and left a message for Mark inquiring about the drive. never heard back. when I called again, I was assured that mark would send me the certificates and I left my email once more. Again, never heard back. I had to call a third time and this time I was told they sent the certificates but they had the wrong email. what a joke. finally got the certificates almost two months later. I will never use them again for anything outside of free e waste drop off of non-sensitive items. read more

So then I call and of course no answer because they're "busy helping other customers" the message says. Really awful service. Helped my mom arrange a pickup of an old freezer and we placed it on our driveway and called to confirm the pickup time with Livermore Ewaste. They failed to come the next day so my mom called and texted them again; they apologized and said they would come the next day. Same issue, no showed twice in a row. After another follow up the owner Marc reached out personally to say he would pick it up the next day. Unfortunately he stiffed us again and finally gave up. I'm moving soon, and I have one laptop, one external hard drive, and one keyboard that needs to be recycled. I don't want to put these things in the trash because I know the environmental damage that can cause. I also don't have time to drive to Novato or Stockton or North Berkeley to drop them off, so I looked for somewhere local. I found Livermore Ewaste. I completed the pick-up request form on the company's website, and two or three days later I got a reply specifying a date and time for pickup. As requested, I replied and confirmed that date and time was OK. That date came and went, and no one collected my items. I wrote back three times asking for clarification. I got no reply. I'm exasperated. This outfit has added stress to the already stressful situation of moving. I'll find a way to keep my computer and components out of the trash, but it will not be via Livermore Ewaste. If you do business with this bunch, expect the worst and you won't be disappointed. read more
