The LOCKER ROOM - on the men's side (don't know about women's) was AWSOME. Several sinks, outlets, showers and sauna. The sauna had a TV in it too which was kinda nice but turned off after a while. Also worth mentioning lockers have built in locks so no need to bring your own. The INTERIOR STYLE - itself is also really cool with an industrial chic look. The staff is very friendly and informative. They have a decent selection of classes which come with the pass aside from 2 or 3. One of the squat racks has a wobbly floor so make sure to use the one of the right hand side. The variety of the machines were surprisingly great. Ryan and Ashley continually invest in the box, keeping it stocked with the newest equipment. Training and training others to better themselves is their passion and it shows. It's hard not to be inspired by Ryan and Ashley's grit and dedication. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. Ryan and Ashley produce excellent programming, resulting in gains for all. The box has a great culture. Fellow members become friends and help each other through tough workouts. The box offers plenty of class times, so there is an option for everyone. The coaches are happy to modify workouts to accomodate every fitness level. If you are visiting Great Falls stop in to be trained by some regional qualifiers.
