I submitted my…read moremembership agreement late Aug-25, paid the joining and Sep-25 membership fees ($300), tried to make an appt. which took a couple of weeks. Show up for said appt. on Oct. 1 only to be told that I was never on the books. The lady at the front desk was rude and condescending and insisted that it was my fault because I could not tell her who I made the appt. with or show her any proof of making the appt. Rescheduled for two weeks out. Called to confirm my appt. the day before only to be told that the practice has "decided to not more forward with establishing care" due to "concerns about maintaining a calm, professional, and respectful environment for both patient and staff." Do these same policies apply to the staff? Because the lady I dealt with was a bully and did not appear to want to help me. They said they were going to refund the fees I had already paid but only return $300 of the $450 paid. I never received any care beyond the pitch given to me in the consultation to sell the broken promises of DPC services! Had I not contacted them to confirm my Oct. 14 appt., I probably would not have known about my denial of membership until I had taken off work to go to my appt. and was standing face to face with a rude front desk attendant! 2.5 months of my time and money WASTED!!!
