Choosing a doctor for something as personal as women's health can be a very vulnerable experience. From the first time I walked into this office, I have felt respected, listened to, and genuinely cared for. That feeling has continued throughout my entire experience.
Dr. Bahnmiller performed surgery for me, and I was extremely pleased with how everything went. Unfortunately, during the healing process, there was an area that didn't heal quite the way it should have.(just the way my body healed) nothing to do with his performance. What meant so much to me was that he didn't dismiss my concerns or make me feel like I was being difficult. He listened, took my concerns seriously, and worked with me to make things right. He performed a refinement surgery, and throughout that entire process I felt like I had someone in my corner. That is something I will always appreciate, and you do often get that now days.
He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and thorough, but what makes him truly special is the way he treats his patients. He actually listens. He takes his time. He explains everything and goes over all of your options without ever making you feel pressured or pushed into a treatment. I have never walked out of an appointment feeling like I was rushed through or that my questions were an inconvenience. He makes you feel like your concerns matter, and even though he is extremely professional, he also knows how to joke around and make you laugh. That may sound like a small thing, but when you're discussing personal things or going through surgery, having a doctor who make you feel comfortable and at ease makes experience feel so much easier.
The staff deserves just as much recognition. Every single person, from the front desk to the girls in the back, has been absolutely wonderful. I have had the experience with Hailey for most of the back office she is a, genuinely kind person. as well as Jane as you will see her in the front and back, when Rachel did an IV it was a caring conversation not just a in and out. all the ladies that work in office are kind, welcoming,compassionate, and professional. From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with warmth. Once you're taken back, you continue to feel that same level of care and respect.
You can tell when people are simply doing their job, and you can tell when people genuinely care. This office genuinely cares. Thats what sets them aside from every other office that I have experienced.
I am so thankful for the care I have received, for being listened to, for having my questions answered, and for having a doctor who never made me feel uncomfortable speaking up about my own body and my own concerns. I am very happy with the surgery I had and with the care I received throughout the healing process. Most importantly, I feel like I found a doctor and health team I can trust. That is not something I take lightly.
To my doctor and the entire team -- thank you for being so kind, patient, understanding, and genuinely caring. Thank you for taking the time with me, for listening, for making me laugh when I needed it, and for always making me feel comfortable and cared for.

If you are looking for an OB/GYN and a women's health provider who will actually listen to you, take their time, explain your options, respect your decisions, and treat you like a person rather than just another appointment, I truly cannot recommend this office enough. Five stars will never quite express how thankful I am for the care I have received.
