Arkansas fails to care about a it citizens. The do not answer the phone, even hang up on people. They also give you a fake email address.

WORST staffing place I've been to. They make you take a two hour long assessment and leave you in…read morethe dark on how you did. They also seem to be unconcerned with finding you any mode of employment, and only worried about filling up their database with applicants. I've never received a call about a job, and every time I would try to call my interviewer, he was always "in a meeting" and never returned the call. At first I thought it might be that my skills weren't as good as I thought they were, or that there just weren't any jobs available suiting my skills; however, I went to Kelly Services two weeks later, found out I did very well on Kelly's assessments the day after I took them, and was offered several opportunities for interviews within the same week. So, if you're looking for an agency that cares about its applicants, I'd say go with Kelly Services!

While I can't say this is the worst of the staffing services (that title has to go to Staffmark),…read morePremier Staffing in Little Rock is hard to recommend. At least they placed me in a good job that paid decently, but for someone who had never used a staffing service before, the process was confusing. The staff seemed friendly enough, yet they failed to explain how to go about getting a job. I feel like it was more luck and happenstance that I got placed through them than it was any real effort on their part. Even after I had been at my placement for a few weeks, I was contacted through email that they wanted me to take an online assessment for an office job somewhere. I spent a couple of hours taking the online assessment, but never heard back from anyone at Premier about whether my scores were good enough for the job they were looking to fill. (My scores were emailed to me from the independent testing sites). My Premier contact quit during my employment through them and it makes me think the staffing service itself has a large turnover in staffing, although I may be wrong about that.

I contacted this company in response to a Glassdoor advertisement for a non-profit coordinator…read more When I came in for an interview, Angela Bennett had me fill out forms, which is fine. I noticed that the office is elaborately decorated in a Victorian style, but they have obnoxious rap music playing. When Angela called me back, she apologized for her casual dress-- apparently she had been cleaning house for one of their clients! She did not seem very interested in learning about me or my skills or interests. Instead, when I mentioned that I homeschooled my boys, she spoke for 10 minutes about her own children. But the real problem is that she promised to get back in touch with me about two possible positions within a few weeks. She never did, though I emailed and called her back, leaving messages. Finally, about a month later, she was available when I called, and she promised again to find out about the volunteer coordinator position. But she never called back. Do NOT waste your time at this place, unless you neatly fit into a certain category of work, such as nursing. VERY UNRESPONSIVE.

My recent experience with All About Staffing, Inc. located in Little Rock, Arkansas was extremely…read morenegative. Owner, Todd Morris and Director of Staffing, Stacy Majors conducted themselves in a less than professional manner. To begin, I sent my resume via email in response to an ad in the Arkansas Democrat Gazette for a part-time Inventory Clerk on August 6th, 2013. Stacy Majors called the same afternoon and scheduled and interview for the following Thursday, August 8, 2013 at 2:00 pm. I arrived early in order to fill out an application for them as well. I simply copied my resume to fit the information they required. I walked into the office and no one was at the desk to greet me. A woman who did not introduce herself simply asked how she could help me. I told her I had an appointment. She quickly told me to sign in, gave me a clip board and left the room. As I was filling out my paperwork, a dog appeared from a back room and sat down next to me. I found this odd, but didn't question it because I didn't want to assume the dog was there for any other reason than possibly helping a disabled person who may be in the office. After the dog sat down next to me, two school aged children also appeared from out of a back room. Again, I found this odd, but did not say anything about the situation. After I completed my application, I rang a bell on the front desk to catch the attention of someone in the office. I was greeted by the owner, Todd Morris. He was wearing a sleeveless shirt and running shorts, sweaty, stating that he had just finished working out with his personal trainer and then continued on explaining to me his weight training program. At this point, he demanded a copy of my driver's license to make a copy and quickly handed it back to me. He did not ask me my name or who I was meeting with. He did however, explain to me that he was the owner of the dog and said he could not bear to leave him at home. I smiled politely, but still thought this was odd. I was called back to the office of Stacy Majors, excited to have an interview and hoping she would be able to help find part time employment, full-time employment or temporary work. I was greeted without a smile. I told Stacy that I had interviewed with her several years ago when the business was known as The Employment Ladies. She said she vaguely remembered me and then continued on with the interview. She did not request to look at a hard copy of my resume. She did not ask me what work I have been doing since the last time we had met. She asked me if I "knew how to use a computer", I replied, "yes". She asked if I was familiar with Excel and could I use a spreadsheet. I said yes, I am familiar with Excel, however have not used the system for some time, but am trainable. I told her of my experience with the last employer she referred me to, was not a good one, and would prefer not to work on a construction site. That was it. She gave me her card and said to call her back in two weeks to see if she had anything for me. I was shocked that the interview ended so quickly, but thanked her for her time and left the office. Again, there was no one in the front office. When I returned home, I made the phone call the Todd Morris expressing my concerns about such a short interview and Stacy's seemingly disinterest in helping me find employment. He quickly became offended and defended Stacy saying that he has never had a complaint about her before and it must be my problem. He then referred to me as "Honey", at that point, I told him to shred my file, and I was not interested in having them representing me in the professional work world. I hung up the phone. Shortly after this conversation with him, I received an email from Todd Morris, insulting my lifestyle and offering me gas money in case I was "broke." Again, I was shocked at this form of professionalism. I replied to the email stating what I thought about my experience at All About Staffing, Inc. and wished him luck. At 7:15pm, I received yet another email from Todd Morris. He stated once again, that I have personal problems, wrote about personal business of his employees, giving me the names of his employees and explaining their personal lives to me. Again, I do not understand this type of hostility coming from a business owner I met with briefly. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau, they are a paid member.
