History

Established in 1847.

Starting as a small shanty serving grog in the 1840's, the Little River Inn Ensay was first granted a liquor license in 1847. The Inn has held that license ever since, making it the oldest hotel in the East Gippsland and Omeo district. The public bar at the Little River Inn Hotel contains a fascinating collection of historic photographs taken in the local Ensay and East Gippsland area dating back to the early 1900's. Call in, enjoy an ice cold beer and take a look.
