PHOTOGRAPHY. Do not have photos done by Tiffany Fleeks…read morePhotography. Her photo quality is great, but she is highly unprofessional. Because of her unprofessional business practices I wasn't able to get newborn photos of my child. She constantly rescheduled (6 times in one week), and didn't tell me until the time of the appointment or 10 minutes before. When we did finally have an appointment, after I arrive I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for her to locate a memory card for her camera. Then after 2 hours of photos her electricity goes out. I tried multiple times to reschedule to finish the photos, but was finally fed up after she cancelled on me so many times. I ended up asking for a refund and we mutually decided on half because she did take some photos and promised to edit them. I had to wait 6 weeks for more photos and half my refund. It's been 6 weeks and I have only received one photo and less than half of the refund. (I bought 7 photos for 325 cash she sent me 150 and I have 1 photo that I have had for about 6 weeks already). I had to literally wait 6 weeks just to get my money back. NO PHOTOS. And then she tries to guilt trip you by saying, "I thought we were friends." There is nothing wrong with being friendly toward the person you hire but I still expected photos in a professional manner. Then she avoids all of my calls and texts. She is very stressful to work with. I'm a new mom, this is my first baby. Babies grow so fast and I can never get these photos done again. I just wanted a good experience and she ruined this for my family. I lost money to this lady (paid 175 dollars for one photo, ridiculous) and worst of all I can never retake these photos because my baby isn't a newborn anymore. Never book Tiffany Fleeks Photography.
