He keep saying that was what I wanted though it was pretty straight forward when I told him what I wanted when I first went there. He didn't want to admit his fault and that he sold me the wrong item. Don't go there as there are so many shops out there.

Qype have only listed districts, not suburbs. That is why they are correctly listed as 'Mortlake'.

Either way my last few visits have been far more pleasant.) The range of plants is excellent for such a small centre and if they don't have it, they can normally source it for you. There's a nice selection of pots and garden ornaments too, and I recently purchased some stone chippings through them, which was delivered for a pretty cheap fee and by a really pleasant gentleman. This isn't the cheapest place to buy garden stuff but the quality is always exceptional and definitely worth coming back to for that.

When we come there we met a German assistant sales person, who told us the owner holds a British Passport, but was a Pakistani. We didn't bother on that, and took the time to look around. It was very impressive what they hard and thought the quality was in height standard. We then discussed our wishes, but rather our wishes and the measurement we had, the sales person was only interested to sale what was on display, hence telling us he can reshape display item, in our size. We didn't like it, and when we wanted a different fabric, the price was untouchable. The sales person was extremely rude, as my child touched items in the showroom, he was telling to my 2 year old son. "Don't touch..don't don't" hike we were beside him, we seriously felt bad, and had to leave. He then run after us to the car park, and said OH....I have a sofa on your budget. We looked each other, me and my wife and didn't know what to and how to respond. Bad attitude, forcing to sale things that isn't on your wish list. Eventually I ran out of patience and asked for my £657 back, which was thankfully forthcoming. Perhaps the threat of BBC Watchdog had something to do with it..... Get some kind of order tracking system please and let customers know the order will be over 16 weeks, if you know your suppliers can't handle the demand. It shouldn't be up to customers to track their own orders and have to chase you up! It's your systems that are at fault or was my money just used to bulk up a cash flow problem for 16 weeks....

It takes an hour to get through. They would promise to ring me and then they'd ring my land line despite me giving them my mobile and telling them I would not be home. They closed the case saying they could not get hold of me. I went to the shop and there were customers yelling at the staff due to problems one was on old Irish man who said his wife was too distraught to come to the shop. The other was a young man who said his disabled parents had received faulty goods with no solution. The man I spoke to a tall Asian man mocked me until I cried. After numerous calls they sent an engineer who did a test within 5 mins and didn't even lie on mattress and said the bed was fine and the case was closed. The bed is 4 months old. I am now thinking of going to the small claims court.
