(NATHAN EDWARDS) I ordered a dining room table that arrived damaged. Strange thing is, I was informed that the table was damaged before they even sent it. I was more than happy to wait for them to restock but they decided to send me the damaged table anyway!! In total, I paid £522.60...this was over 3 weeks ago. Today, after sending the Table and bench back, they gave me a refund of, wait for it...£142.99 The customer service is appalling. Looks like I will have to take legal action to redeem my stolen cash. The company is refusing to issue a refund, saying that need to wait for the item to be collected by the courier. This has been going on for over a week, and I have a 2 meter broken LED channel just sitting in my office in the meantime. To top this all off, the item arrived one day later anyway (which is ridiculous seeing as I paid £19 for delivery). The customer service is non-existent.
