This lawyer was paid to represent birth mother but had her do work yelled at her for not getting evidence from another lawyer who threw it away. He didn't fight. Pressured birth mother to give up. Like a lamb to slaughter. He said he made a deal with adoptive parents to at least have visits. They stated under oath. But never heard a thing. Worst lawyer ever. Worked for other side. Not right. Lost child forever under false claims. Beware. He didn't even go after the lawyer who threw out evidence. Even tho it was stated in court by the corrupt lawyer. Didn't reach out to witnesses. Or fight false claims. read more

anyone reading this review should take heed even if you are indignant and cannot affod an attorney you will be better off representing yourself! He is rude, disrespectful & HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL & gives everyone of Polish descent a horrible name. My first order of business after writing this review (and many more)will be contacting his supervisor and then the A.C.L.U. along with any other organizations who can help against judicial misconduct concerning political corruption... that is all!. read more

It was money down the drain and very little change in judgement. not even a half fighting attempt was made after everything on our end that was asked of us was met and passed. There was plenty more he could have done and said in court and outside of it, but he didn't. In fact I think very little effort would have given a lot more justice to both sides even, but the effort was absolutely not there. It felt a lot less like he was a client representative and a lot more like a court appointed bare minimum public defender. Even a public defender would have done more, really. Extreme let down Involving a lot of lost time, money, and relationships. He was a middle man for information at best. Period.

This structure was designed by Jerome B. Legg (1838 to 1915) who is responsible for a number of structures in Saint Louis and the South East Missouri State Academic Hall in Cape Girardeau. My eye was drawn to the unique octagonal-shaped cupola atop the building and the Ionic porticoes over three entrances. It is indeed an impressive building, about two blocks from the Mississippi River. There is street parking all around. The marker points out that the county was named in 1842 for Captain Bland Ballard (1759-1853) who was born in Virginia and came to Kentucky in 1779. On a Sunday afternoon, the building was locked and secured. No tours today! [Review 1238 of 2024 - 269 in Kentucky - 22261 overall]
