Horrific treatment. I had a mild fear of dental work and injections, and the male dentist treating me made my experience far worse (Gregg). He was completely non-understanding and called me "irrational" and in need of "growing up". He then told me to "get over it". He caused such a state of panic that I had to be given nitrous oxide and was belittled when I suffered from a severe panic attack due to his yelling. He then believed it was acceptable for him to yell at me, belittle me, and belittle my mothers parenting. Both my mother and I left the room in tears and nearly fainted. I will never let him "treat" me EVER again, no patient should ever be treated in any manner even CLOSE to how he treated me and he should not be in his chosen line of work given his anger issues. However, I have previously been treated by a female - in the same dentistry - who was extremely understanding which lead to my full co-operation. I do not wish to condemn all the dentists that work here, but Gregg treated my family member and I inhumanely. I changed my dentist the next day and I now suffer from a severe phobia after this experience. read more
