Have been blessed not to had any accidents. Was always told that the state allows insurance companies to raise the rates because of natural disasters. Ok it was never a whole lot and I really enjoyed the women up front. But then I moved to a different zip code when we bought a new house. I knew the home insurance would go up it was a bigger house. But when I got my car insurance it rose $90 more a month. I trusted them so much that I didn't notice until a month later that it was much higher. So I called and asked why? Well I was told you moved to a different zip code. I said how is almost 100 more a month justified. They didn't know but that was the only difference. I said I'm sorry I won't pay that. So I called around and found rates with comparable companies and received quotes cheaper then what I was paying before I moved. So I called back and asked I they could look again after I had found the cheaper quotes. The nice lady told me she would have Rex call me back. A WEEK LATER!!!! I still haven't received a call. Needless to say I'm deeply disappointed and that is why I have left Allstate. I guess my money and loyalty wasn't worth a call back. If that wasn't bad enough they won't cancel my policy after my new company has sent a cancellation letter twice. Wow. So now I have to call and yell at you tomorrow.
